1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone number and store name.
• Business data: products, stock, sales, customers, suppliers, expenses and employees.
• Payment data: the bank-transfer receipts you upload. We do not keep any bank card numbers.
• Technical data: the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language.

2. How we use it

To run your account, review payments and activate plans, send subscription notices, and improve the service.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing. We rely on trusted service providers only to run the system: Supabase for the database and storage, and Vercel for hosting the website.

4. Protection

• Data is encrypted in transit.
• Each store's data is fully isolated from every other store.
• Employees see only what their permissions allow.

5. Data on your device

To let you work offline, a copy of your sales data is kept on your device and synced with the server when the connection returns.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you ask for your account to be deleted, its data is deleted permanently.

7. Your rights

You may see, correct and export your data, and ask for your account to be deleted, by contacting us.
