Terms of Use

1. About

SigmaGo is a cloud system for managing point of sale, inventory, sales, purchases and expenses, offered at www.sigmago.dev and its apps. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• The details you give when signing up must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account.
• The account owner is responsible for the employees they add and the permissions they grant them.

3. Plans and payment

• There is a free plan and paid plans priced in US dollars; the equivalent in Sudanese pounds may be shown at the exchange rate set at the time of payment.
• Payment is by bank transfer with an uploaded receipt; a plan is activated only after the payment is reviewed and approved.
• When you upgrade or renew before your current plan ends, the new plan's features start on approval and its period begins when the current one ends.
• After a subscription ends, a 14-day grace period is given to renew it.
• Amounts paid are non-refundable once the payment is approved and the plan activated.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything unlawful, try to reach other people's data, disrupt or break into the service, or resell it without permission.

5. Your data

The data you enter — products, sales, customers and the rest — belongs to you. We store and process it only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Suspension

We may suspend any account that breaks these terms, and you may ask to close your account at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

We aim to provide the service at the highest quality and availability, but we are not liable for indirect losses caused by internet or power outages or failures beyond our control. Offline mode lets you keep selling when the internet is down.

8. Changes

We may update these terms, and we will tell you about any material change before it takes effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of the Sudan.
